Biography

Why she serves.

Emelia is a public administrator with rich experience in public sector management, policy implementation, and service delivery. She currently serves as a principal programme officer at the Ministry of Health in Ghana, where she helps translate policy into impactful programs for communities. At CZ Foundation, Emelia leads partner outreach, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising efforts, leveraging her public sector expertise and networks to strengthen the foundation’s resources, visibility, and long-term sustainability.

We do not rescue people. We walk with them. There is a world of difference between the two.
